1. Service Overview
SUBSAVIO is a subscription-based digital service that helps you track and manage your online subscriptions. Billing is handled securely via Stripe. By using SUBSAVIO, you agree to this policy.
2. Privacy & Data Use (U.S.-Only)
Information We Collect. Account details (e.g., name, email), payment details (processed by Stripe), and usage data related to our service.
How We Use It. To provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account.
Security. We use industry-standard safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method is 100% secure.
Your Choices. You may request account deletion or opt out of non-essential emails at any time by contacting support@subsavio.com.
2a. California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know – Request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete – Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.

3. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds
Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@subsavio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SUBSAVIO for unlawful activities, to attempt to access non‑public areas, to reverse engineer the service, or to interfere with other users.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SUBSAVIO is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
This policy and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in California. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or class action. (Administrative details will be provided upon request.)
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
